How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our processing time for most orders is 5-7 working days and for more custom work or wedding stationery this can be up to 3 weeks.

Please bear with us during the festive season as we are busier than normal but are working hard to get your orders posted out as quickly as possible.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes, all UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Can you create a custom order or design?

Yes of course! I love creating new illustrations and designs so please do get in touch if you would like to chat more about your ideas.

Can I return a product?

Yes if you bought a standard product with no personalisation you can return or exchange this with us within 14 days of delivery.

Any custom or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
