How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 5–7 working days, but this can vary depending on the product.


Wooden Products (like keyrings, bookmarks, and magnets) are made in-house by me and typically take around 1 week to process.

All other items (including art prints, tote bags, mugs, and t-shirts) are made to order by trusted production partners, so processing times can vary slightly depending on the product and current demand.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Can you create a custom order or design?

Yes of course! I love creating new illustrations and designs so please do get in touch if you would like to chat more about your ideas.

Can I return a product?

Yes you can return or exchange an item with us within 14 days of delivery.
